All holsters are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a 60-day return policy for a refund or exchange from the day the order was placed. After receiving your holster, if for any reason you want to return your holster simply contact Razco Gear via email to process your request or click the “Start Return” button below. You will need your order number and email address to complete a return using the portal.

Please note:

You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued by us for your return and is rejected by your financial institution, you will be issued a store credit for the return in the form of an e-gift card sent via email.

LIFETIME WARRANTY (FOR HOLSTERS)

Razco Gear products have a no bullshit warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion.

• Lifetime warranty does not apply to holsters purchased from 3rd party (not directly purchased from Razco Gear).

ALL OTHER ITEMS

All other items such as apparel, patches, stickers etc. have a 30-day return policy from delivery date and must come with original packaging and show no use of wear.
